Hunting Opportunites at BS Recreational Farm

Mother Nature provides the resources. We provide the opportunity.  The fees charged are to defray the cost of management and wildlife habitat improvements. We plant many food plots such as corn, clover, buckwheat, etc., and maintain and prune over 200 apple trees. There are several miles of trails and  posted property lines which adds to a unique hunting experience.  Point Peninsula has an excellent climate for wildlife. We are tempered by Lake Ontario water, the winters are mild with little snowfall. The land is flat and  the terrain varies from open fields to woodland thick with red cedars and more open hardwoods such as oak and hickory. The shorelines protected bays provide excellent habitat for waterfowl. Hunting opportunities include:  Deer, Turkey, Waterfowl, Rabbits, Etc as regulated by New York State hunting regulations.
